Our La Dalia originates from a farm run by the Guillen family, who have been pioneers in their craft for several generations now. We are impressed by the family’s efforts and their passion to constantly experiment with varieties and processing techniques. In 2018 this lot won the German Brewer’s Cup, and they continue to surprise us with a whole range of outstanding coffees processed with cutting-edge techniques such as this Pacamara’s anaerobic fermentation.
